Tea should be kept in an airtight container or pack. It should be kept away from sunlight in a cool, dry place, under 25 degrees. |

Our tea is sourced from leading tea producers around the world and complies with EU standards. All tea is packaged in Australia and complies with local laws. All tea is ethically sourced. |
How long will my tea last?

As a general guide most teas will last for up to two years if stored correctly. We put a use by date on all products that you receive, and this will be your best guide. |
Do you guarantee the quality of your tea?

We guarantee that you will be happy with the tea you purchase from us. If you’re not for any reason we will refund your money or exchange for an equivalent priced product. Refer to our Refunds/ Returns page for more information. |
How is your tea packaged?

Our tea is supplied in biodegradable aluminium lined, heat sealed, zip lock bags for freshness. Some gift sets are supplied in tins or other packaging. |
How do I brew my tea?

Instructions vary based on the type of tea. Full instructions are shown against each tea variety on our website and are shown on the packing when you receive your order. |
Are your Pyramid tea bags fully biodegradable?
|
Yes, all our Pyramid tea bags are made from sugar cane, corn or abaca which is backyard compostable and biodegradable. They are not made from nylon or any other petroleum based compound. Our tea packaging is biodegradable. |
