Refund policy

We are not happy unless you are!

Pyramid Tea Co is very confident in the quality of our product which is sourced from the best tea growing regions in the world and selected by the very best tea masters.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price including any additional freight charges.

Pyramid Tea Co will need to be notified within 14 days of you receiving the delivery to be able to process a return/refund.

If you are not happy with your purchase then please phone us on 0400591975 or email pyramidteaco@outlook.com and we will step you through our simple return/refund process.

Please note that any cash refund may take up to 72 hours to be received back into your nominated account.
