Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all orders over $59.99.  For any order below $59.99 we charge a flat rate of $10.00 Inc GST for Standard delivery. We also offer the option of Express Shipping for $15.00 Inc GST.

We use Australia Post to courier our products. They are reliable and you can expect your order to arrive in a good condition.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

You will need to be home to sign for your order otherwise Australia Post will leave a calling card. If this is not convenient for you consider having your order delivered to your work address, another family member or to a friend who can sign on your behalf. We can leave your parcel without it being signed for, however in this case Pyramid Tea Co will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.

Estimated shipping times - Standard delivery.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. You can expect the following delivery times as a guide, however due to unforeseen circumstances variances can occur.

Sydney 1-3 business days
Canberra 1-3 business days
Melbourne 1-3 business days
Brisbane 3-4 business days
Adelaide 3-4 business days
Tasmania 3-4 business days
All other cities and country areas 4-8 business days

Express orders are quicker, however we are reliant on Australia Post meeting delivery timeframes.

Can I track my order?

You can expect your order to arrive within the timeframes outlined above. We will send you a tracking number with your order and you can go online at www.auspost.com.au and track the expected delivery date.
