We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and After Pay. If you are not buying online, we also accept direct bank deposit as shown on your invoice.
How much do I need to order before I won’t incur a freight charge?
You need to order $59.99 or more and we will not charge you freight. This can be made up of any combination of products. If under $59.99 we charge a flat rate of $10.00 Inc GST anywhere in Australia. You also have the option of Express delivery for a flat rate of $15.00 Inc GST anywhere in Australia.
Is GST payable on my order?
GST is not charged on tea however it is charged on accessories and freight.
What if I change my mind?
Please email pyramidteaco@outlook.com or phone 0400591975 straight away and we will stop the order before dispatch and refund your money. If the order has been dispatched, we will refund your money less any freight charge incurred.
